Its defining characteristics are its relatively small diameter (typically φ6mm to φ12mm) and its surface with uniform spiral patterns (transverse and longitudinal ribs). Production Process：
1. Steelmaking: Qualified molten steel is produced in a converter or electric arc furnace.
2. Continuous Casting: The molten steel is cast into small cross-section billets.
3. Heating and Rolling: The billets are reheated to approximately 1200°C and then rolled through a high-speed wire rod mill in multiple passes to achieve the target diameter, simultaneously forming the surface ribs.
4. Controlled Cooling: The red-hot bar passes through a "Stelmor controlled cooling line," where it is cooled at a controlled rate to precisely optimize its internal microstructure (e.g., refine grains), achieving the required strength and toughness.
5. Coiling and Packaging: The wire rod is coiled into bundles. After passing inspection, the coils are securely strapped and packaged.
